Q1: When will the live test be available?

The Closed Beta test is scheduled from June 13th to July 24th, 2023. Only a limited number of players will be able to participate, so make sure you don't miss out! We're planning to expand to more regions in future tests, please stay tuned for the latest news and updates.

Q2: When can I download the game?

The pre-download has been started on the Google play store at 02:00 on June 13th (GMT+8), and the server will officially open at 18:00 (GMT+8) on the same day. Please note that the game will only be available on Google Play during this live test.

Q3: How do I register and play in the live test?

Players who are interested in participating in the test can download and enjoy TDR directly from the regional Google Play Store. Please note that this live test is a limited test for the Philippines region. The registration will be closed once we reach a certain number of registrations.

Q4: Do I need a Ubisoft Connect account to play The Division Resurgence?

In this live test, we support four login methods: Facebook, Google, Line, and Guest. However, we highly recommend logging into an account to help with feedback gathering and ensure consistency with subsequent testing phases.

Q5: What locations, platforms, and devices will be included in the live test?

The Division Resurgence live test will be available for players in the Philippines initially, with the possibility of adding more regions later on.

Q6: Will my progression carry over from the live test when the game is launched?

Please note that any character progression gained during the live test will be reset at the end of this test phase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but it's necessary to ensure a fair and balanced experience for all players in future testing phases.

Q7: Will there be any rewards for participating in the live test?

Any player who has participated in our tests and completed the associated missions will receive a unique JTF cosmetic outfit set on their account (excluding Guest accounts). This exclusive set will be available for you to enjoy when the game launches.

We're continuously working hard to improve compatibility and include as many devices as possible for our game. However, we regret to inform you that certain models are not compatible with the game at this time. The minimum requirement on Android devices is:

Q10: Why I can not top up in-game, buy the offerings, or unlock the Agent Career Advancement (Battle Pass system)?

The Division Resurgence is currently in its Beta phase to enable us to test and improve many aspects of the game. More gameplay and related elements will be coming in the subsequent tests, so please stay tuned for updates.

Q11: Can I play with my friends in the other test regions, such as Finland?

The matchmaking, game progress, and social features for other versions of our game are different and not interoperable due to server differences. This means that players on different versions of the game will not be able to play together or share progress and social features. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work to provide the best possible gaming experience for all of our players.
